LG Electronics operates one of the largest product portfolios in consumer tech, spanning home appliances, entertainment systems, and mobile devices.

The company needed a redesigned email communication system that maintained brand consistency, supported multiple product lines, and delivered a stronger, more engaging experience across mobile and desktop. Our work involved brand analysis, UX and UI exploration, segmentation-driven design, and the creation of a modular, scalable email template library.
